  92 wanted to include something in the JSON output but make it optional\r
  93 for performance reasons.  For example, show has a boolean --body\r
  94 argument for this reason.  What if this wasn't a new type of output,\r
  95 but simply a new --ids=true (or --queries=true) argument?\r
