2 directions: In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs, one at a time,
3 beating well after each addition. Beat in vanilla. Combine flour and baking
4 powder; gradually add to creamed mixture. Stir in cranberries and white chocolate
5 chips. Divide dough into 3 portions. On ungreased baking sheets, shape each
6 portion into a 10x2” rectangle. Bake at 350F for 20-25 min. or until lightly
7 browned. Cool for 5 min. Transfer to a cutting board; cut diagonally with a
8 serrated knife into 1” slices. Place cut side down on ungreased baking sheets. Bake
9 for 15-20 min. or until golden brown. Remove to wire racks to cool. Store in
10 an airtight container for a week or freeze.
