2 directions: Heat oil in Dutch oven. Brown roast well over medium heat. Pour off
3 fat, reserve, and combine with equal amount flour. Reserve. Combine cranberries,
4 water and sugar, bring to a boil and simmer 10 min. Stir in rest of ingredients
5 (except fat/flour) and pour over pot roast. Simmer 3-4 hours. Strain liquid
6 and combine with reserved fat/flour. Heat gently until sauce thickens. Serve
