   7   Preheat oven to 350F.  Combine and mix flour, salt, butter, sugar and egg.  Press
   8   ⅔ of dough onto cookie sheet or torte pan.  Cover with jam.  Use remaining dough
   9   to roll out and cut into strips forming a lattice top.  Sprinkle with sliced almonds.  Bake
  10   at 350F for 35 min.'
