2 directions: 'In a small bowl, mix together the coffee, salt, brown sugar, paprika,
3 black pepper, garlic and onion powders, cumin, coriander and cocoa. Sprinkle
4 the rub on the tenderloins. Drizzle the tenderloins with oil and rub it in well. Wrap
5 in plastic wrap and let sit for at least 4 hours (overnight is better).
8 Heat oven to 325F. Sear on all sides in a pan on high heat. Transfer to the
9 oven and cook for about 30 min., until they reach an internal temperature of 145F. Remove
10 from oven and let rest 5-10 min. before slicing.'
