   3   enough to hold dough together).  Divide into 2 halves and roll each crust between

  10   top crust and prick with fork to let steam escape.

  13   Pre-heat oven to 425.  Bake 10-15 minutes.  Lower temperature to 350 and bake
  14   until top crust is done and pie filling is bubbling.
