   1 This project tracks patch provenance and licensing using the Developer
   2 Certificate of Origin and Signed-off-by tags initially developed by
   3 the Linux kernel project.  Because the documentation for this
   4 procedure is licensed under the GPLv2, we have chosen not to include
   5 it in our project directly.  Instead, please see
   6 [SubmittingPatches][], which is stored in an external repository.

   8 Rss2email is versioned under the GNU General Public License as
   9 published by the Free Software Foundation, either [version 2 of the
  10 License][GPLv2], or (at your option) [version 3 of the
  11 License][GPLv3].
