work around failure to load into nonexistent db

* src/tests/Makefile.in (kdb_check): Run kdb5_util create after
destroying to work around a behavior change from DAL integration.

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
