   1 Gentoo license note: This package is distributed in binary form and
   2 its source code is not made available. This renders the package
   3 non-free in terms of the Free Software Definition [1], the Open Source
   4 Definition [2], or (for works other than software) the Definition of
   5 Free Cultural Works [3], even if it is distributed under a free
   6 software license. Source code is the preferred form in which a
   7 programmer would modify the work.

  10 used on its own, but only along with the license under which the
  11 package is distributed. It should only be used together with licenses
