   5 and web display programs.  All files are copyrighted, but license
   6 is hereby granted for personal, academic, and non-profit use.
   7 A license is also granted for the contents of the top level lib
   8 directory for commercial users.  Commercial users should contact
   9 kent@soe.ucsc.edu for access to other modules.
