   1 The SOFTWARE PRODUCT (SUBLIME TEXT) is protected by copyright laws and
   2 international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
   3 treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.

   5 1. LICENSES
   6    SUBLIME TEXT is licensed as follows:
   7      a. Installation and Usage.
   8         Licenses are per user and valid for use on all supported operating
   9         systems. License keys may be used on multiple computers and operating
  10         systems, provided the license key holder is the primary user. Businesses
  11         must purchase at least as many licenses as the number of people using
  12         SUBLIME TEXT.
  13      b. Backup Copies.
  14         You may make copies of the license key and or SUBLIME TEXT for
  15         backup and archival purposes.
  16 2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS
  17    a. Maintenance of Copyright Notices.
  18       You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on any copy of
  19       SUBLIME TEXT.
  20    b. Distribution.
  21       You may not distribute or sell license keys or SUBLIME TEXT to third
  22       parties. Licenses will be revoked if distributed or sold to third parties.
  23    c. Rental.
  24       You may not rent, lease, or lend the license key or SUBLIME TEXT.
  25 3. COPYRIGHT
  26    All title, including but not limited to copyrights, in and to SUBLIME TEXT and
  27    any copies thereof are owned by SUBLIME HQ PTY LTD.
  28 4. NO WARRANTIES
  29    SUBLIME HQ PTY LTD expressly disclaims any warranty for SUBLIME TEXT,
  30    which is provided 'as is' without any express or implied warranty of any kind,
  31    including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, non-
  32    infringement, or fitness of a particular purpose.
  33 5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  34    In no event shall SUBLIME HQ PTY LTD be liable for any damages due to use
  35    of SUBLIME TEXT, to the maximum extent permitted by law. This includes
  36    without limitation, lost profits, business interruption, or lost information. In no
  37    event will SUBLIME HQ PTY LTD be liable for loss of data or for indirect,
  38    special, incidental, consequential (including lost profit), or other damages.
  39    SUBLIME HQ PTY LTD shall have no liability with respect to the content of
  40    SUBLIME TEXT or any part thereof, including but not limited to errors or
  41    omissions contained therein, libel, trademark rights, business interruption,
  42    loss of privacy or the disclosure of confidential information.
