 130 WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

 137 SMAIL AS PERMITTED ABOVE, BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY
 138 LOST PROFITS, LOST MONIES, OR OTHER SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR
