  30 USER AGREEMENT

  32 BY ACCEPTANCE AND USE OF THIS PROGRAM THE USER AGREES TO
  33 THE FOLLOWING:

  35 a. The user is granted permission to copy this program to the extent
  36 reasonably required for such use.  This program may be redistributed
  37 on a not-for-profit basis, as long as WARRANTY DISCLAIMER, this USER
  38 AGREEMENT, and the copyright notice are included with the program.

  40 b. All title, ownership and rights to this program and any copies
  41 remain with IBM, irrespective of the ownership of the media on which
  42 the program resides.

  44 c. The user is permitted to create derivative works to this program.
  45 However, all copies of the program and its derivative works must
  46 contain the IBM copyright notice, the WARRANTY DISCLAIMER and this
  47 USER AGREEMENT.  Furthermore, the user must document and initial
  48 within the program all changes he/she makes.

  50 d. By furnishing this program to the user, IBM does NOT grant either
  51 directly or by implication, estoppel, or otherwise any license under
  52 any patents, patent applications, trademarks, copyrights or other
  53 rights belonging to IBM or to any third party, except as expressly

  56 e. The user understands and agrees that this program, and any
  57 derivative works made from this program, are not to be sold for profit
  58 or commercially exploited in any manner.  However, this use
  59 restriction shall not operate to deny the right to redistribute the
  60 program on a not-for-profit basis, as provided in paragraph a., above.

  62 f. IBM requests that the user supply to IBM a copy of any changes,
  63 enhancements, or derivative works which the user may create.  The user
  64 grants to IBM and its subsidiaries an irrevocable, nonexclusive,
  65 worldwide and royalty-free license to use, execute, reproduce,
  66 display, perform, prepare derivative works based upon, and
  67 distribute, (INTERNALLY AND EXTERNALLY) copies of any and all such
  68 materials and derivative works thereof, and to sublicense others to do
  69 any, some or all of the foregoing, (including supporting
  70 documentation).
