   1 Adobe End-User License Agreement

   3 By downloading software of Adobe Systems Incorporated or its
   4 subsidiaries ("Adobe") from this site, you agree to the following terms
   5 and conditions. If you do not agree with such terms and conditions do
   6 not download the software. The terms of an end user license agreement
   7 accompanying a particular software file upon installation or download
   8 of the software shall supersede the terms presented below.

  10 The export and re-export of Adobe software products are controlled by
  11 the United States Export Administration Regulations and such software
  12 may not be exported or re-exported to Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North
  13 Korea, Sudan, Syria, or any country to which the United States
  14 embargoes goods. In addition, Adobe software may not be distributed to
  15 persons on the Table of Denial Orders, the Entity List, or the List of
  16 Specially Designated Nationals.

  18 By downloading or using an Adobe software product you are certifying
  19 that you are not a national of Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Libya, North Korea,
  20 Sudan, Syria, or any country to which the United States embargoes goods
  21 and that you are not a person on the Table of Denial Orders, the Entity
  22 List, or the List of Specially Designated Nationals.

  24 If the software is designed for use with an application software
  25 product (the "Host Application") published by Adobe, Adobe grants you a
  26 nonexclusive license to use such software with the Host Application
  27 only, provided you possess a valid license from Adobe for the Host
  28 Application. Except as set forth below, such software is licensed to
  29 you subject to the terms and conditions of the End-User License
  30 Agreement from Adobe governing your use of the Host Application.

  32 DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES: YOU AGREE THAT ADOBE HAS MADE NO EXPRESS
  33 WARRANTIES TO YOU REGARDING THE SOFTWARE AND THAT THE SOFTWARE IS BEING
  34 PROVIDED TO YOU "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ADOBE DISCLAIMS
  35 ALL WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THE SOFTWARE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED,
  36 INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF FITNESS FOR A
  37 PARTICULAR PURPOSE, MERCHANTABILITY, MERCHANTABLE QUALITY, OR
  38 NONINFRINGEMENT OF THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS. Some states or jurisdictions do
  39 not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so the above limitations
  40 may not apply to you.

  42 LIMIT OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT WILL ADOBE BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY
  43 LOSS OF USE, INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, OR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT,
  44 SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING
  45 LOST PROFITS) REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF ACTION WHETHER IN CONTRACT,
  46 TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STRICT PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE,
  47 EVEN IF ADOBE HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some
  48 states or jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
  49 incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or
  50 exclusion may not apply to you.
