* aclocal.m4: Define KRB5_AC_NEED_BIND_8_COMPAT to check for bind 9 and higher.  When bind 9 is present, BIND_8_COMPAT needs to be defined to get bind 8 types

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
