CCacheServer should track client iterators

The CCacheServer needs to track client iterators so that if
a client crashes while iterating the resources on the server
for that iterator are freed.

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
