Removed 'viewcode' extension from the conf.py as not-required for the "minimal" build (i.e. build without Complete API and datatype reference section).
Added README file for sphinx-build.

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
