wix installer - modify file list

    for build script changes:

        site-local.nsi -> site-local-tagged.nsi
        site-local.wxi -> site-local-tagged.wxi

    add missing file:

        nsi-includes.nsi

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
