Revert the fopen part of the previous krb5_kuserok change, but keep
the string-handling change.  It introduced an unwanted behavior change
when .k5login was detectable but unreadable.

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
