plugins support requires a Windows equivalent to opendir and friends

This patch simply allows krb5 to build once again on Windows.
Windows does not have opendir() and friends.   Instead Win32 API
functions must be used as described in

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
