* pre.in: Add recursion hooks for distclean

* post.in: Change recursion rules to skip recursion if NORECURSE
is non-null; add distclean support; don't remove config.log,
etc. if not doing distclean.

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
