Set CXX_LINK, CXX_LINK_STATIC, and CXX_LINK_SHARED, parallel to CC_ versions.
Assumes for now that libpath, rpath, ldflags, pthread flags and such
apply to both C and C++ compilers.

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
