Change kdb plugin code to use the new plugin support instead of
directly calling dlopen and friends.  Change the test config files to
refer to "db2.so" instead of "db2".

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
