Add explanatory README for ASN.1 infrastructure

Since we're not yet at the point of having an ASN.1 compiler for our
ASN.1 encoder, create a document explaining how to write macro
invocations for type descriptors from an ASN.1 module.

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
