Added support for options in favorite identities.
Fixed KLL preference reading support to not read keys
from the wrong locations.  Updated prompter function
prototype.

Updated tests to reflect these changes.

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
