This commit updates lib/krb5/ccache/ccapi to support CCAPI Version 3
and above.  Specify -DUSE_CCAPI_V3=1 when compiling to use CCAPI Version 3

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
