Preliminary fixes for AIX4.3:

* Fix static libs on platforms using .a for shared libs

* Fix utmp handling for non-hpux platforms with ut_exit different from utmpx.
* Include librarymacros  in ss configure.in

* Remove declarations of h_errno

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
