Split up and fix get_etype_info

The addition of afs3-salt processing in get_etype_info made it overly
large, so split out the pw-salt/afs3-salt processing into a separate
function.  Also fix two dumb bugs.

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
