Generate ccapi.def export list from V2, V3, debug lists.  It is no longer a file in the repository

Update test Makefile.in to use file ccapi_string.c.

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
