* dump.c: Add a new dump version, r1_3_version, and make it the
default; it will be used in krb5-1.3 and will permit a principal's
kadm5 data to be dumped.  This is an interim measure until we
redesign the dump format somewhat.

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
