use $(CC) rather than ld to build shared libs on tru64 and irix

* shlib.conf (alpha-*-dec-osf*, mips-sgi-irix*): Use $(CC) instead
of ld for building shared libraries.

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
