Be more friendly towards parallel builds

* Makefile.in ($(EHDRDIR)$(S)timestamp): New target, used for ensuring
$(EHDRDIR) exists.
(clean-unix): Delete the dummy file.
($(EHDRDIR)$(S)gssapi.h): Depend on it, instead of creating the directory here.
($(EHDRDIR)$(S)gssapi_generic.h): Likewise.

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
