Install krb5/preauth_plugin.h

The clpreauth and kdcpreauth pluggable interfaces are public as of
krb5 1.10.  Install the header so that preauth modules can be built
outside of the krb5 source tree.

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
