cci_cred_union_compare_to_credentials_union doesn't work for v5 creds

Fixed a bug in cci_cred_union_compare_to_credentials_union where it always
returned an error when comparing v5 creds.

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
