Initialize kdb5_ldap_util's context with kadm5_init_krb5_context, like
kdb5_util does, in order to get the KDC profile settings as well as
the regular krb5 profile settings.

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
