Don't actually add the $(CPPOPTS) flags to CPPFLAGS; CPPFLAGS has them
defined already.  In fact, don't define the CPPOPTS makefile variable
at all; we don't need it.

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
