t_ser should no longer use kdb libraries

Remove the call to krb5_db_fini() - as rest of the db code was pulled
during DAL integration.  This removes dependency on db libraries -
alter Makefile.in.

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
