Add support for the MDx test driver t_mddriver.  Run t_mddriver on a
"make check", to make sure we have a valid MD5 implementation.

MIT implementation of the Kerberos network authentication protocol. This repo may be rebased, so don't base your work on it. Use git://github.com/krb5/krb5 instead.
