2 directions: 'Heat oven to 350F. Butter casserole dish. Combine crumbs and seasonings
6 Alternate layers of zucchini, tomatoes, and onions in casserole dish, sprinkling
7 each layer with crumb mixture, cheese and dots of butter. Sprinkle the tomato
8 layers with the brown sugar then the crumb mixture. Top should be cheese.
11 Spray a sheet of aluminum foil with vegetable spray and cover the casserole. Bake
12 for 45 min. Uncover and bake an additional 15 min. Hold well.'
