   2 directions: Preheat oven to 350F.  Heavily butter ramekins and dust with breadcrumbs—sides
   3   too.  Peel the potatoes and slice thinly in the food processor.  Layer the potatoes
   4   starting with the potato, Parmesan, butter—not too much butter in each layer—only
   5   butter every 3rd layer.  Continue layering until the dishes are full.  Cover with
   6   paper and bake in the oven for 45 min. or until tender.  Run knife around outside
   7   edge of tart.  Turn over onto serving plate and unmold.
