5 Dust chicken in GF flour. Dip in combined egg and water. Combine pecans, breadcrumbs,
6 salt and pepper. Place chicken in breading mixture and coat both sides.
9 Heat oil in a sauté pan and brown both sides of chicken until dark brown. Finish
10 cooking in a preheated oven for 5-10 min., or until no longer pink in the center. Remove
11 from the oven and serve with honey mustard.'
