2 directions: Soak corn in husk for 1 hour. Roast corn in the husk on a grill for
3 30 min. Shuck and cut corn off the husk. Toss the kernels in a large bowl with
4 the red onions, vinegar, oil, salt and pepper. Just before serving, julienne
5 fresh basil and toss in the fresh basil. Taste for seasonings and serve cold
6 or at room temperature.
