  93 defaults need to be suited to new users.  Nobody wants to use a tool\r

  95 that's when you least know what configuration you want.  Simple\r

  97 own workflow, even if it requires a few more keystrokes, make better\r
  98 defaults than bindings that codify a particular workflow.  As users\r
  99 become more adept at a tool, this enables them to *incrementally*\r
 100 capture (and refine) their workflow as more optimized bindings.\r
