This new version has an upstream workaround that should cause a
runtime error rather than a build failure if you build against
LibreSSL and then try to use SSLv3.

app-mobilephone/smssend: new revision requiring SSLv3 symbols.
The build for this was failing on SSLv3_client_method, so now it
depends on dev-libs/skyutils[sslv3] which was recently added to
guarantee that skylibs will be built against OpenSSL with SSLv3
support. The ebuild was updated to EAPI=6 in the process.

dev-libs/skyutils: new revision to fix build bugs.
This new revision updates to EAPI=6, and adds a patch that enables the
build to complete with -Werror=format-security. It also adds an
"sslv3" USE flag, because there is at least one package
(app-mobilephone/smssend) which should require skyutils to be build
against OpenSSL with sslv3 support.

Add 2 sed statements to src_prepare() to replace the hardcoded path
'./grid.py' with the correct one and subsequently rename 'grid.py' to
'svm-grid'.
Revbumped, since this is a runtime failure.

media-gfx/opencsg: new version 1.4.0 to fix two bugs.
This fixes a version bump request from one of our users, and also a
build failure. Version 1.3.2 tried to link with QtGui, even though
that wasn't a declared dependency, causing the build to fail when it
was missing. The new v1.4.0 doesn't seem to have that problem, so the
build failure should be gone.
In the process, the ebuild was updated to use EAPI=6 and
qmake-utils.eclass.
