Implement QA check for install_names (libraries linked to, and their
location) on Darwin, such that we can detect upfront if something is
going to error out during runtime. Try to correct invalid install_names
if they are in the image, which can be a result of gen_usr_ldscript
library movements and breaks any tool shipped with that library itself,
e.g. libiconv's `iconv` utility.

A first shot at binary packages support for prefix. In itself, binary
packages work fine of course, but once you want to share the binary
package between users with different prefixes (like from a binhost),
then you need to cope with that. After some testing chpathtool appears
to be able to successfully change paths encoded in binaries, in order to
adjust to the proper prefix. For a binhost setting, binary packages
need to have an artificially long and annoying prefix to make it work
the most people.

To avoid portage meltdowns for now, make it a warning when obj is not an
instance of type. Whatever this means, it appears to happen a lot
during e.g. ebuild .... digest, not sure why (yet).

I would be very delighted if people could run tabnanny themselves, as
indenting python is absolutely horrible work, since Vim can't help you
with that due to this indenting=scope thing. It also makes python
itself kind of upset usually if you mix up tabs with spaces, so another
reason to run tabnanny.
