app-office/gnucash: remove guile automagic detection
This problem only affects users trying out lisp overlay or masked
ebuilds in gentoo-x86 but it gets old. gnucash builds fine with
guile-2.0 but we have no scheme herd to push it forward currently.

dev-libs/boost: Work-around library rename due to ABIFLAGS
Create a compatibility symlink to work-around Boost linking failures
when Python library name contains ABIFLAGS. A proper fix would be
preferable but the build system is convoluted and buggy, so a
work-around is put in place instead.

gnome-extra/gnome-builder: Obtain python-config path from the eclass
Use the new python_get_PYTHON_CONFIG API to obtain the path to
python-config rather than hardcoding it as ${PYTHON}-config. This
forward-fixes compatibility with ABIFLAGS-enabled Python 3.*.

dev-libs/libpeas: Obtain correct python-config path
Use new python_get_PYTHON_CONFIG API to obtain the correct path to
python-config executable. This forward-fixes compatibility with
ABIFLAGS-enabled Python 3.* versions, and improves readability.
