app-admin/lastpass-binary-component: fix the versioning
The commit
c11fc76d645ed4cebe6334273e4536f9f80ea1ca incorrectly bumps
to the version 4.1.4 as opposed to 4.1.44. Because the upstream does
not version their tarballs, it did not show up during
testing. Moreover, the tarballs for the versions 4.1.2 and 4.1.44 are
identical, so this mistake did not actually introduce any
breakage. Because 4.1.44 > 4.1.4, there will be no downgrades or any
unintended side effects either.

metdata/repoman/*: Add current API version and minimum repoman version info
With teh version field, repoman can check that it meets the API compatibility
requirements of the metadata/repoman file(s).
The minimum repoman_version is output in the repoman error message if the
currently installed repoman is not capable of handling all the file & data
features.

dev-db/pgagent: new patch to fix building against postgres-10.x.
The pgAgent build system didn't support a two-digit version of
postgres, so pgagent failed to build against (for example)
dev-db/postgresql-10_beta3. This has been fixed upstream but not yet
released, so this commit cherry-picks that upstream commit as a patch
and adds it (in-place) to the latest pgagent-3.4.0-r2.ebuild.

net-analyzer/nagios-core: new version 4.3.3 using upstream's init script.
This new upstream version includes an OpenRC init script that makes
use of the build system for the nagios user and runtime paths. As a
result, we are able to drop the init/conf files that we've been using
in FILESDIR. The new version also writes its PID file before dropping
privileges, and combined with the new init script, that constitutes
a fix for CVE-2017-12847.
