Hence, the choice here optimises for assuming stabilization will
happen/has happened, and removes any dependency on Test::Tester, assuming
portage will eventually provide it for you.
And just to be sure, we use perl before the test phase executes
to determine if Test::Tester was /actually/ installed and then only run tests
if it was.
This means before stabilization, some people *might* install this and not have
tests run, but everyone *will* get tests working after stabilization, as
opposed to the opposite occurring and stabilization being blocked.
Keyword Note: Stable keywords for arm64, m68k, s390 and sh are not
satisfied by dev-perl/Sub-Exporter. This was a residual issue and remains
to be fixed.

dev-db/libiodbc: new version 3.5.12.
This new version comes with a few changes. Most noticeably, the ebuild
was updated to EAPI=6 and the eutils eclass was dropped. One patch
(fix-runpaths-r1.patch) had to be revisioned to make it compatible
with eapply.
Another patch, libiodbc-*-multilib.patch, had to be updated to apply
to the new version. I duplicated the additions/deletions in the
original patch exactly. Two other patches, libiodbc-3.52.7-gtk.patch
and libiodbc-3.52.8-gtk-parallel-make.patch, have become obsolete and
were removed completely.
I removed a "chmod -x include/*.h" hack, as it looks no longer
necessary. I then added a new hack, "touch ChangeLog" before
eautoreconf.

profiles: Disable icedtea-bin[multilib] on amd64 by default
Most users don't need a multilib JVM. I would do this in the base
profile but it's not effective there and it currently has no impact on
other architectures.

java-vm-2.eclass: Add java-vm_install-env to replace set_java_env
set_java_env is now deprecated. The new function is better because any
variable in the environment file can be resolved and it even allows
subshells for more dynamic content.

This is useful for multilib JVM ebuilds. revdep-rebuild currently
supports multiple SEARCH_DIRS_MASK entries.

dev-perl/Test-CleanNamespaces: Weaken dependency on dev-perl/Test-Tester
Without this fix, Test-CleanNamespaces effectively needs perl-5.22
stabilized in order to satisfy Test-Tester from Perl-5.22
