Use PORTAGE_USERNAME when populating userpriv_groups.

Implement PortageException.__unicode__ so the string formatin operator will
work correctly with unicode strings in python2.

Remove obsolete reference to nonexistent functions like newdepend in
save_ebuild_env. Thanks to Brian Harring.
