Remove USE=systemd and the redundant direct dependency
on sys-auth/consolekit that was controlled through it. The appropriate

First fixes -static handling for --default-pie compiler.

app-text/a2ps: Revert from linguas_ja to cjk USE flag.
The ebuild applies patches depending on the flag setting. However,
these are intrusive, as they change defaults in other locales too
(e.g., "tex" is changed to "ptex" in texi2dvia2ps). Therefore this
patching should neither depend on LINGUAS, nor on L10N, nor be done
unconditionally.
For now, change it to be conditional on the cjk flag, which was the
solution already used in a previous version of the ebuild.

app-office/gnucash: Bump to 2.6.19
Added myself as a maintainer.
Added dependency to prevent >=dev-scheme/guile-2.2 from being
considered as a satisfying depend. The GnuCash 2.6 series is only compatible
with guile-1.8 and guile-2.0. guile-2.2 support will come with the
GnuCash 2.7/3.0 series.
Added dependency on gnome-extra/yelp so that GnuCash can actually
display the help documentation.

profiles: unset USE=session in default/linux/make.defaults.
The "session" USE flag has been enabled by default for all linux
profiles in default/linux/make.defaults since 2010. According to the
comment in that file, the flag was added for dev-lang/php where
session support is near-critical. But, now that we have an IUSE
default, the global setting is redundant.
This commit drops USE=session from the default/linux profile's
make.defaults, and also drops the (now unnecessary) override of that
flag in the features/hardened profile's make.defaults.
A few other packages with "session" in IUSE will be affected by this
change; however, the meaning of "session" varies wildly between the
packages that use it. Since the meaning of "session" is dependent on
the package in question, within the package itself (that is, with IUSE
defaults) is a better place to enable this flag by default.
